Starting a new medical practice can be very stressful even for seasoned providers with lots of experience. There are so many details to consider from licensing regulations, insurance requirements, contracting issues, to tax requirements. 

Medical Practice Solutions assumes responsibility for the overall management of the start-up process and acts in an advisory role to the Physician on all aspects of establishing his/her practice.  MPS will assist with the build out of the office space and work with architects, construction professionals, identify vendors and secure vendor proposals as necessary. 

We will work with the Physician to develop a staffing plan for their practice, establish billing procedures, patient registration procedures and a patient medical record system.  As part of the start-up process, we will also work with the Physician on insurance credentialing, hospital privileges; all license related privileges and obtaining provider numbers. We can also help existing practices expand their current office, add satellite offices or assist with subleasing their own space.
